Hi Ricardo, I still don't understand how he made the connection between the Sales project and Rosario, the only reference to the project and name was in condition 14, I will create the table.. The "Traditional" approach would have been to create a table with the project, budget, skills, name, and complexity. At the beginning of the presentation, I thought that the problem would be related to communication, having so many nationalities. I think the important things to remember from this tutorial are: practice with as many simulations as possible and of course compare the results. Besides the theoretical part, which of course has its role, the practical part is important for everyone to find their "way of working". I can't wait to enrol in the "AI-Driven Project Manager" course. Congratulations for the work done by the whole team, including Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez. All the best.
